Shop Coop was conceived by the Non Profit WORCS to support worker cooperatives by creating an e commerce site that only sold items that worker cooperatives produced. There are only about 400 worker cooperatives in the United States when this website was created by the interest of worker cooperatives is exploding. Cooperatives in general have barriers that are unique to this form of business so we hope to donate the proceeds of Shop Coop to WORCS to help support more worker
